Steve Minichini

Triumph360 was created in January 2008 with leadership that brings years of marketing experience across every vertical category imaginable.

Triumph360's president, Steve Minichini, has a depth of experience in marketing for prominent apparel, fast food, financial services, pharmaceutical, packaged goods, travel & tourism and technology companies.

Steve has spent more than 19 years within the field of marketing. He has managed more than $600 million in billings leading the traditional and interactive planning and buying division for Jordan, McGrath, Case and Partners located in New York City.

Thereafter, Steve was named SVP, Managing Director for imc2's New York City & Philadelphia operations. During his tenure, Steve managed the entire New York office, the Philadelphia office, the interactive media discipline, the search engine marketing team, and was named President of Enversa (a proprietary online media buying tool which he created in 2004).

Steve has taken his expertise in marketing and communication and applied it to the services he and his team provide today through Triumph360.

John Canevari

With more than 20 years of experience within Design, User Experience, Creative Execution and a comprehensive background in creative team leadership, team building, and departmental strategy and direction, John leads all creative services for Triumph360. Specifically, throughout John's career he has been successful developing breakthrough design and breathtaking execution within the Pharmaceutical, Consumer Package Goods, Retail and Fashion vertices.

Additionally, John has directed and managed multi-skilled regional teams of 50 plus personnel and developed innovative methodologies and processes for progressive user-centered design implementation. While at IBM, John led the evolution of the internal marketing organization by creating and implementing a company-wide development and distribution of interactive design process and standards. This led to the implementation of corporate-wide print and web design guidelines for the world's largest technology company.

John took this experience to the digital space where he was responsible for growing east coast design, information architecture and user experience best practices for Xpedior, Inc. Within less than five years, John built a creative organization of more than 30 designers and creative directors that serviced business throughout the domestic United States, as well as launched many international campaigns using multiple languages throughout Western Europe.

John brings experience, dedication, passion and innovation to all Triumph360 engagements.

Melissa McDonald

With over twelve years of industry experience, Melissa started her career at Ogilvy & Mather for the traditional planning team, servicing the IBM and Maxwell House businesses. She then went on to join Jordan McGrath Case & Partners, developing strategic media plans for clients including Novartis and Welch's.

In a desire to broaden her capabilities and focus on the digital space, Melissa then transitioned to focus exclusively on digital marketing. Over her seven years focusing on the digital media and managing partner agency relationships, Melissa directed media initiatives for clients including TIAA-CREF and Wharton Education. Thereafter, in 2005 Melissa left transitioned her responsibilities to head up the Media department at The Planning Group/Sapient in Miami. Managing the planning, trafficking and reporting teams, Melissa led campaigns for Citibank and Celebrity Cruises.

Joining Triumph360, Melissa is applying her expertise in digital, as well as in the traditional space, to develop successful, highly strategic media communication plans.

James Hesdon

James started his professional life in consumer marketing with CoreStates Bank (now Wachovia) in Philadelphia. With a desire to expand and broaden his experience, James continued his career in Chicago with stops at TMP Worldwide and ClearGauge, where he helped launch the predecessor (B2BWorks) company's efforts as a leading digital B2B advertising network and marketing agency. James has spent close to the last decade in New York City, and before arriving at Triumph360, he served as a media professional and Associate Search Director with Neo@Ogilvy, managing a broad spectrum of clients across both agencies from DuPont, Ford, and Unisys, to Procter & Gamble, and Johnson & Johnson.

At Triumph360, James is incredibly excited to continue his exploration of the marketing challenges, opportunities and advancements present in a digital arena that seems to morph on a daily basis.
